Matthew Scott is the Founder and Lead Consultant of The Wired Group, an organizational and strategy consulting firm based in San Antonio, TX. He works with leaders and staff teams of fifty people or less in San Antonio and the surrounding areas to help them to develop clarity of their mission, vision and values; align the team and roles around goals for execution; and maximize talent and engagement across the staff. Scott also speaks and teaches leaders and staff teams on strategic planning, organizational alignment and leadership development. He works with several staff teams and currently leads a staff of over twenty-five employees.

Scott received a BS in Business from Wake Forest University, with a focus in entrepreneurship and finance, a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law with a focus in Estate & Gift Tax Planning, and a Masters of Divinity from Duke University. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas, a Certified Birkman Consultant, a Certified Paterson StratOp Facilitator and a Pastor in the United Methodist Church. Matthew and his wife, Christina, are native San Antonians and enjoy exploring the Hill Country of South Texas and all the bar-b-que, Tex-Mex and craft beer that the area has to offer.
