Through participation in the Leadership Institute, aspiring and established leaders in the San Antonio community can expect a balance of theory and applied-focus classes, a personal executive coaching experience with an individual assessment and two one-on-one sessions, and tools designed to specifically address leadership issues. Our Leadership Institute Certificates deliver hands-on training and practical tools designed to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Built around nine core foundation workshops, you have the option to select from one of two customized learning tracks to support your personal and professional growth. Our unique approach will help you to strengthen your leadership and communication skills, gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, and learn how to develop organizationally aligned strategies to enhance your personal leadership development.

Certificate registration is completed through the UTSA marketplace and you will be asked to select your executive coaching package during the registration process.
