Ryan Lugalia-Hollon, Ph.D. is the Executive Director of P16Plus of Greater Bexar County, a collective impact partnership that supports data-driven leaders across San Antonio to help drive student achievement. In this role, Ryan activates the combined power of P16’s Board of Directors, Staff, Partners and Funders to ensure that every young person in Greater Bexar County is ready for the future. He is also the author of the 2018 book ‘The War On Neighborhoods: Policing, Prison, and Punishment in a Divided City’ through Beacon Press.
